Ice Therapy
We begin by preparing our guests with a Somatic Breathwork method, helping them center and connect. After the Breathwork, we move into the fire circle, where we set our intentions using tobacco.
Next, each guest participates in a one-on-one experience in the ice pod, where they receive a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls, chants, and other instruments. The collective energy of the group also contributes to the experience.
We conclude the circle with a sharing session, followed by warm cacao, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our guests.
Retreat program
I curate transformative experiences by crafting intentional programs that align with the retreat's purpose. I design immersive journeys that integrate personal growth, holistic practices, and connections that integrate personal growth. I support in guiding through deep shifts and creating an enriching environment for transformation.
Somatic Breath Work
This rhythmic breathing practice encourages participants to maintain mindful awareness of their breath and bodily sensations. We guide them to connect deeply with their breath patterns, helping to bring attention to any areas of tension or emotional blockages. We focus on releasing these blockages through gentle movements and exercises designed to release stored trauma and increase body awareness.
We conclude with a period of reflection, allowing participants to integrate the experiences and insights gained throughout the session.
Yoga
Yoga classes with Melanie. Over 2o years of experience as a yoga teacher, Melanie teaches various yoga styles, adjusting to the group level and each limitation.
She offers Ashtanga yoga methods, yin yoga, restorative, vinyasa, yoga nidra, and freestyle yoga.
Sound bath
We begin by setting the space with a grounding session of somatic breathwork and meditation, helping participants center themselves and prepare for the journey ahead. This initial practice invites mindful awareness, allowing each person to become fully present in the moment.
Next, we transition into a heart-opening sound bath, featuring 432-hertz crystal bowls, the healing vibrations of the voice, and other sacred instruments. This immersive experience is designed to calibrate the energy of the body, calming the mind, and opening the heart to deeper levels of connection and healing.
Full moon circle
The **Full Moon Circle** is a monthly gathering that harnesses the powerful energy of the full moon for personal and collective transformation.
This sacred space allows individuals to unite, set intentions, and release what no longer serves them.
Massage and body energetic
LOMI LOMI
Lomi Lomi massage is a Hawaiian technique that uses long, flowing strokes to relax muscles and restore balance in the body and mind.
DEEP TISSUE
Deep tissue massage, a highly therapeutic technique, targets deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to alleviate chronic tension and discomfort. Using firm pressure and slow strokes, it effectively releases tightness and restores mobility, providing a comforting relief from persistent pain and promoting overall relaxation.
SWEDISH
Swedish massage is a relaxing technique that uses gentle strokes and pressure to ease muscle tension and promote circulation.
